Fasted Exercise

Fasted exercise improves glucose sensitivity and mitochondrial adaptation for fatty acid metabolism. The combination of low insulin and high adrenalin levels in the fasted state stimulates the breakdown and burning of fat for energy.


Zone 2 Training

By training Zone 2, we will not only improve fat utilization and preserve glycogen but we will also increase lactate clearance capacity which is key for athletic performance.
